Designer Massimiliano Giornetti took this season in Milan to the country. By country I do not mean Italy's country side. This collection almost makes you feel like you are in a modern-day Cowboy's Couture Dream that consisted of distressed suede riding boots, over-sized coats with large toggle closers, leathers, velvets, and rich deep earth tones including brown, green, and navy! As a contrast there was a lot of light colors such as white, cream and bone! There also seemed to be hints of flair from dating back to the 1940's. Oh, If only cowboys dreamed in Couture!!!! I wonder what John Wayne might have thought of this collection...hmm?
