On Sunday April, 12th 2015 I woke up bright and early from a night out on the town with friends to go to brunch! Not just any brunch – a “Breaking the Pesach Brunch!” 10:30AM was the time of our reservation and man-o-man did we all think that was early. But, we roughed it through to all be together knowing a great time was sure to be had! One of my dear friend’s good friends from college (whom I have known for a few years) invited me to join their brunch group, which was very kind of him. The brunch was held at Almond NYC on 22nd and 2nd. Its a very charming french infused restaurant that is defenitely perfect for a Sunday Brunch Fest! The food was delicious, too! I ordered a glass of tomatoe juice (well I originally ordered a glass of Champagne with apple juice. What I like yo call an Applemosa™ – but the bar didn’t carry apple juice. So, I got the tomato juice instead) and Eggs Florentine onan English Muffin with Goat Cheese, Sauteed Spinach and Fries! Yyuuuummmyyy!!! It was truly scrumptious!!!
WHAT I WORE:
It was so wonderful spending time with good friends, old friends and new friends – a like! The laughter and great concersations naturally flowed for the few hours we were all together. A great time was had by all! I can’t wait till the next brunch!
