Day two of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and the excitement and anticipation of what’s to come from the designer collections is buzzing. Since today was a gloomy and lackluster day, weather wise I decided to wear some color! I’ve had this floral print Forever 21 blouse in my closet for a while and only wore it one other time. I just never really knew what to pair it with. On this morning inspiration came to me. Patching it up with bright blue pants from Fashion to Figure that match the blue in the print of the top was perfect. Accessorizing it was pretty simple, too. These white opal Lionette earrings literally go with everything. If I could wear them everyday with every outfit I would! Don’t tempt me…(smiles)! They have become my favorite statement staple, for sure! I think I’m drawn to them even more since opal is my birth stone. Little fun fact about that – I never liked opal till 2008 when I fell in love with them in Israel. I now appreciate my birth stone more than ever. Anyhoooo…I finished off the look with chain armed framed sunglasses from Forever 21, Hand jewels from my brand Dara Senders New York, an XOXO pendant necklace from JewelMint.com to keep the love with me all day, My Louis Vuitton Speedy that I’ve had since I’m 17 and My new Kensie hounds-tooth booties which are a great transition show from summer to fall!
And Violaaaaa…there’s my 2nd day at NYFW look for ya!
