Zang Toi never fails to impress! And that is just what he did for his Fall 2014 collection. Inspired by the Shanghai in the 1930’s which according to Toi was the most decadent of periods and was known at the “Paris of China”, he used these attributes of that era to create and capture a new women with old traditions. When speaking to Zang about his collection ex explained that his style is very glamorous, very rich in texture and color, while being over the top but in a sophisticated elegant way and this what he exuded for his fall 2014 collection. Opening the show with a gray tailored suite with an over-sized mink stole, guests knew they were in for a real treat! Other note worthy moments from the collection included the use of “Brilliant Jade” green in many of the looks which symbolizes good fortune and one of China’s most treasured gemstones. Just take a look at the collection yourself and you’ll see why Zang Toi is truly a master at fashion design for the ultimate refined woman!
