DESIGNER PROFILE: Sand By Saya – The Chic Flip-Flop

I’m the type of the girl who believes flip-flops should ONLY be worn by the pool or at the beach or maybe even after a night of dancing where our feet hurt so badly we can’t fit them into a pair of flats.

I’ve been wearing a pair of Havianna flips every summer for the past 4 years that I got at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week during one of their promotions. A beautiful pair of “The High Line” flip-flops came to me in the mail right before I left for my cousins wedding in Palm Beach, Florida. What perfect timing! I absolutely loved wearing them while lounging by the pool and walking along the beach at The Four Seasons Resort& Spa before all the wedding festivities began. They are super comfortable and preserved my feet for the hours before I’d be wearing my stilettos all night long, and then saved my feet after needing to take off my pumps, while still dancing the night away into the early morning!
