After the CZAR by Cesar Galindo show I took a walk around the tents with two hours to spare before my train home. I decided to grab a cup of coffee at the Fashion Café which was located in the lobby of the tents.
They surprisingly had a pretty extensive menu, but I never got to sample any of the food other than an apple. The coffee was tasty though and helped wake me up. I decided to walk around some more instead of sitting at the cafe and came across the pictorial windows that surrounded the outdoor lounge.
every other window showcased a scene from past seasons at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. This added some color, flare & fun to the walkway that lead to other tents.
Still with time to spare I came to the realization that my hair was an absolute messy knotted mop because of the amount of humidity in the air. I figured I’d see if the Tresemme stylist booth was available to fix my locks. Luckily, they had an opening with only a 10 minute wait as per the usual 3-5 hour wait list the booth usually runs. Wahooo!!! I was excited!
As I sat in the chair my stylist Don, asked me what I wanted done. I basically told him to make it prettier than it is right now (laughs)!! He laughed too, seeing how frizzy it was and told me not to worry, he’d tame my do! He was so great to talk to and he educated me quite a bit about the type of hair I have; Sharing with me industry tips on what to do and what not to do when it comes to styling my very trick, Mediterranean like hair.
I’d show you what my hair looked like before the blowout but, I don’t want to scare you!! OY Vey!
So, here is the finished product! It’s so great and comp, eye,y different than what it looked like before Don worked his magic on my hair!!
THANK YOU TRESEMME SALON & stylist DON FRANCIS FOR MAKING MY MORNING AT MERCEDES BENZ FASHION WEEK MORE BEAUTIFUL!!
