One day while I was doing research in the library on all things Rococo (a style of 18th century French art and interior design most popular for its use of a pastel color palate) I came across this spread in Vogue Paris Decembre 2006. I LOVE how Vogue Paris does its fashion spreads of whatever style or fashion trend they are trying to zone in on. It looks like a big hodge-podgey mess of beautiful fashion/cultural/and architectural yummyness. I especially like this spread. The use of pastels, fabrics and pearls really capture what could be stated as a modern rococo. And who better to know about rococo than the French….
